The European Union Finances the Digital Leap of Cat Paw d.o.o.
Cat Paw d.o.o. is entering a new phase of development through the project "Strengthening the Capacity of Cat Paw d.o.o. through the Transformation of Business Processes for Competitive Participation in the Single Digital Market", implemented with the financial support of the European Union through the Recovery and Resilience Mechanism — NextGenerationEU.
This project is not a cosmetic change, but a serious digital transformation of the business. It improves three key processes: the production, distribution, and placement of digital content. The goal is clear — to work faster, more securely, more efficiently, and more competitively in the single digital market.
In the area of production, the project introduces a NAS system for automated network data storage, increasing the security and reliability of working with large volumes of material, while work efficiency in post-production can be significantly accelerated compared to the previous process.
In the area of distribution, a proprietary IT platform is being developed and integrated into the existing website, allowing clients to browse, download, and share content in one place, with a better user experience, greater privacy control, and more consistent display quality.
In the area of placement, the project introduces automation and optimization of content for social media using AI tools, with the aim of greater consistency, higher visibility, and more effective reach.
For Cat Paw, this means more than an investment in technology. It is an investment in quality, productivity, data security, better client experience, and long-term competitiveness.

The project is aimed at strengthening the capacity of Cat Paw d.o.o. to operate in the single digital market and at developing new innovative products and services through the digital transformation of three key business processes: the production, distribution, and placement of digital content.
Within the project, a new production process is being introduced through an automated network data storage system (NAS), a new distribution process through the development of a proprietary IT platform for video content distribution integrated into the existing website, and a new placement process through the automation and optimization of social media content creation using AI tools. The project also includes employee training for working with the new digitalized business processes.
The expected project results are newly established business processes for operating in the single digital market — production, distribution, and placement — as well as trained personnel for working on the new business processes in line with the digital market.
The total project value is €62,977.72, while the contracted grant amount is €52,017.30.
